Payments can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer
We can provide a folding cot subject to availability and a folding cot for children but no high chairs.
We provide quality bedding and towels for your stay.
Properties are available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and departure time is 10am. These times provide us with the opportunity to service the properties between guests. If you wish to arrive earlier contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. The departure time will be flexible if there is no guest booked to immediately follow you.
Let us know the details of your flight and you will be greeted at the time of your earliest arrival at whatever time of day it is.
We have no set change over days.
In high season (July and August) the minimum stay is 7 nights. Longer stays can be booked, with each additional night being charged at one seventh of the weekly rate.
In the mid season (June and September), the minimum stay is 5 nights. Longer stays can be booked, with each additional night charged at one seventh of the weekly rate.
In low season (other months), the minimum stay is 3 nights. Longer stays can be booked, with each additional night charged at one seventh of the weekly rate.
Yes, just let us know as soon as possible if you have friends joining you. The number of people must not exceed the maximum capacity of the gîte, i.e. 4 adults.
Non-residents will not have access to the communal areas of the property (garden, pool).
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome; they must be supervised and not allowed to roam freely on the property. We must be informed at the time of booking of the presence of a pet, an extra 15 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
Yes you can have a BBQ on your patio close to your accommodation. Charcoal is not provided. The barbecue must be cleaned by the end of your stay.
Our accommodation is very user friendly for people with mobility and other physical issues. Please discuss with us your requirements and we will hopefully be able to meet your needs.
Our property consists of the house and two gites. There are detached villas in their own grounds around us but their distance, stone walls trees and bushes makes it very difficult to see in either direction. I do not consider the property overlooked.
The plentiful restaurants and amenities of Barjac are only about 1.5km downhill from us.

A car is necessary to take full advantage of the vast range of activities and places to visit in the area however a car is not essential. There is an abundance of countryside to explore immediately from Villa Pastis. Barjac is a short 1.5km walk downhill. It takes about 15 minutes along an off the road track. This is unlit on a nightime. The walk back up the hill can take only about 20 minutes. From Barjac there are in high season four coaches per day none stop to Avignon and the route extends North to Vallon Pont D’arc.
The normal depth of the entire pool is 1.4m. This makes it ideal for swimming but not suitable for children that cannot swim unless directly accompanied.
